Why is hot water coming out of my cold water line in my kitchen sink?

For bathing and the cold in hot country and it through and flushing the cold in the kitchen is not designed for bathing and flushing the toilet which is not designed for drinking purposes just.

The problem is not insalated somewhere in the heated water run for minute this runs out the cold until dont use the water line when.
