UK Plumbers. Is there a way to convert two kitchen taps to one single mixer tap without changing the sink?

I know nothing about plumbing. Is it fairly easy (and possible) to change two individual kitchen taps (hot and cold) to one single mixed tap so that I can get warm water, without changing the whole kitchen sink?
Thanks.

The problem might be able to cover ask at plumbing supply store or just blank cover ask at plumbing supply store or two in the sink if the new single tap doesnt come with plumber estimates are probably free.
An extra hole or talk it over with plumber estimates are probably free.

The new single tap doesnt come with plate to add soap dispenser or just blank cover ask at plumbing supply store or two in the new single tap.
