Kitchen Sink Gurgles & water back up when Washing Machine is in use?

sounds like their is crud in the washer drain hose and or main sewer line do you have trees close to the main water lines

#1) blockage is between washer and main drain line. Most likely a sock or something small. Stop washing your cat in the machine! run a snake into the drain pipe that the washer drain fits into.
#2) Let your husband out of the water heater!!! Water pressure is too low.

air is getting trapped in the drain. you need to vent it better, if it’s vented at all. water hammer is also caused by trapped air in the pipes. you need a plumber.
