You can either DIY or hire someone. Check to see if the sink is cast iron. If it is, then more than likely it is indeed a porcelain overlay. Oh yeah, look at the bottom of the sink to check. For it is from my experience that you do know that this is certainly not last as youd like if you do decide to refinish tubs repainted rather than replaced to dry.
