How to you put in brackets in the kitchen sink?

When you put in the kitchen sink, and it has those weird ledges, that those funny looking brackets fit into, to pull the sink down? How do you put those in?

      The teeth facing up to catch one of connections used one side with the screw from underneath drawing the rest of the hold.
