how do you fix water under the kitchen sink when there’s no apparent leaks?

The water is coming from somewhere, you have to find this out first, then put a pan under it to make sure. Usually it’s from a fitting or washer from shoving stuff (a garbage can) under the sink against the pipe.
After you fond it, repair it.
Go over your fittings, hand tighten all of them to see if any are loose, if they are, tighten them and wipe them off them wait and see if that does it.

Unfortunately you will need to find the leak. The only other option you have is replace things piece by piece… not a good idea. Dry everything very well and either observe it or try a trick I learned from a very old guy I once met at a trade show. He used red chaulk to make marks at different levels on pipes, hoses etc. Give it few hours and you will see which line runs with color. I never tried that but it sounds very logical
