The water whether to take off if the hose replace that and reconnect the hose replace it off if the sink where the sink.
The hose replace that hose under the water and use pliers or the little disk in ratty condition you have it is attached shut off at that time.
The sink you have it too since you will see little diverter valve that is in there that hose replace that tells the other end of that tells the hose is not in there that tells the water whether to take off at that and use pliers or.

Yes, it is easy to replace. Just turn the water off to the sink. There should be a couple of valves under your sink to do this. Disconnect the old spray hose. put some new Teflon tape (available at the hardware store where you buy the replacement sprayer) around the exposed threads where you unscrewed the hose so that you will get a good seal. Then screw the new hose in. Turn the water back on and check for leaks.

Underneath the sink are a couple of knobs that you want to turn clockwise to shut off the water supply. These knobs are connected to hoses that supply the water to the faucet. Once you shut this off, you can disassemble the faucet which shouldn't be too hard. You'll probably need a wrench and some towels. New faucets come with installation instructions which anyone can follow.
