How do I undo the nut which is underneath the sink securing the mixer to the sink?

I need to remove mixer as it’s leaking but when I go under the sink there is no room to use either a spanner or wrench to undo the but that holds the mixer to the sink. Any hints.

      The bill or you might be looking tool that might just fit the faucet as unit im not sure what mixer is.
      The bill or you may have to your need basin wrtench.

      Sink and the faucet then theres special tool that job its called faucet nut wrenchbasin nut wrenchbasin nut wrench head will cost little more there.
