run some dishwasher detergent in the disposal along with some ice cubes….or go to the store and get some Plink (little yellow balls) they clean and deoderize your disposer.

To keep your disposer clean, once a week run ice and detergent or (real) lemons (cut into pieces), or bleach through it…

The drain to limit the drain to limit the smell until you get some draino should dissolve whatever it is rotting and maybe some bleach so get rid of the drain to limit the smell int he mean time just try pouring.

There are several things 1) Pour a cup of baking soda down both drains follow with a half cup of vinegar when the bubbling stops pour hot water down the drains 2) use ice cubes down the disposal, also lemons down the disposal helps.run the disposal when you put the ice cubes down it.also when you cut up the lemon.Hope this helps

You may need to have your plumbing looked at. You should have a trap under your sink.

If it’s not that try vinager and baking soda.
