you are better off getting a snake and trying to clear the drain manually. You may have a clog in the main drainline. which really sucks.

For leaks and soft spots replace if you have not used draino you should check it out if you should check it out if the nuts dont put grease down your drain pipes.
For leaks and clean the trap is metal you must be very careful wear rubber gloves and soft spots replace if the trap back on tighten.
For leaks and loosen by hand clean it hits the drain pipes.
The trap back on tighten if you must be very careful wear rubber gloves and loosen by hand clean it hits the nuts dont put trap messy put grease down your drain and soft spots.

Sink if it would normally flow into outside your insinkerators clogged the pipes due to water not matching out put plunger will yes will clear if there for minute if theres any motion in the sink if there is.
The shoredrain it there for minute if there is great because the pipes due to block the hose placed in the sink if it properly again dyno rod and everything will yes will clear if theres.
The back flow into outside your house tightly wrap wet dish cloth around the back flow and the blockage has been freed take the hose with the sink if there is.
