Try keeping a few inches of water in the sink. Often cats that pee in in apropriate places have a bladder infection! Be a good idea to have her checked by your vet.

I would use vinegar or Simple Solution to clean out the sink and then do a couple of things. The board idea posted earlier is on that is good. We actually used ballons to keep my cat of certain furniture. Fill the sink with baloons and if the cat jumps in there, she will pop them, and it will scare her away. Putting her food in the sink is also a good idea, as cats will not pee next to their food

Generally when cats do things of that nature, they are telling you something is wrong with them. Since she can not talk to you, this is how she communicating to you. Take her to the vet.
