How do I clean the brown grime where the bathroom sink faucet and sink meet?

An old toothbrush if that case the brown stuff shouldnt be getting into your water it is just build up on the outside of the outside of the outside of the outside of the outside of the outside of the outside of the outside of the brown stuff may be rust you need rust off in that case the outside of the outside of.

Spray with some Krud Kutter and scrub with a old tooth brush…
