How can I get the stink out of my kitchen sink?

My kitchen sink stinks!! One side has a disposal and the other side doesn’t. I have run the disposal too many times to count but it still STINKS!

  • Does anybody know any home remedy to get rid of the stink from a kitchen sink’s garbage disposer?

      i pour bleach or vinegar through mine.

      The drain and put the stopper in for awhile.

      get lemon juice, and spread it all over the sink and disposal. leave it there a while, then wash it off with something that smells good

      vinegar and bleach work, but then you would have to get that smell out

      have you tried pouring bleach? I know it doesn’t sound like a very good answer but it sounds like there may be some remains of food down in there this would help dissolve or rid you of it. If that doesn’t help then I don’t know what would…

      The garbage disposal while it is on of course that should get rid of any smell.

      For all types of bleach per week itll keep the odor down and help break up your pipes this is cheap and safe for all types of plumbing my father was plumber for all types of bleach per.
      The odor down and safe for 38 years.

      Cleaning (or baking) soda works, I sometimes use some plain vinegar with it.

      I have heard of running lemons in the disposal helps.

      we don’t have a disposal but the sink smells we got this product called kictchen cleanup by chlrox and i pore some or spray alot down in the sinks and they smell so much better,sometimes i just pour regular chlrox down in there and it smells so much better,in the hot weather sinks seem to smell but i find as the weather gets cooler and colder the smeel is not bad ,but kitchen ain’t clean if that sink stinks.
