No matter what i do, they sink. The only reason I knew of cakes to sink was if you took it out of the oven too soon or even opened the over door before the cake was done. I always cook them until they’re done without opening the oven door but for some reason, after they’re out of the oven for a few minutes, i look over and the middle has sunk! I live on an island, so does being at sea level have something to do with it?
