If possible, I’m looking for something other than bleach.

Take a small amount of rubbing alcohol, mix it with baking soda and make a paste. Use this mixture like you use Chlorox - use sponge to rub your sink and countertop. Not only will your countertop and sink be so shiny clean, these will also eliminate odors. Put a box of baking soda in your refrigerator to absorb any odors also.

tea tree oil - you need to dilute it a lot otherwise it can have a strong odour, but in small doses it smells really good and is a disinfectant

For lysol or tea tree oil as disinfectantssprays but if you prefer brand go for lysol or something like simple green.
