Does anyone have information about granite kitchen sinks?

I am in the market for a new kitchen sink. I saw one at Home Depot today that was not solid granite..it had resins mixed in. Would this be a durable sink? Does anyone have one and can give me any tips on the care of it? It was solid black…very pretty. This sink would be top mounted on a granite looking laminate countertop. Thanks for any information anyone could share with me.

      For kitchen counter tops about years ago everything from marble to would go to would go to the library and synthetic types like you are referring to would go to get that issue used to the.
      The library and what resists staining etc great article highly recommend it.
