What would happen if I stick my hand in the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink while it’s on?

I have stuck my hand down that hole in the kitchen sink a few time to get stuff I dropped down, and have felt the blade on the garbage disposal. It felt nasty down there in the sink hole. The blades didn’t feel sharp, yet they are able to chop up stuff. If I stuck my hand down there, and turned it on, would it chop the bones in my hand into centimeter sized particles. What would happen?
