every where except the master bathtub the water runs super hot but the bathtub runs warm/hot but not hot enough. i cant figure this out . why is this the only faucet that doesnt run super hot?

water is coming out of my kitchen sinks vacuum breaker?

The dishwasher discharges into the vacuum breaker but water flows out of the vaccum breaker . the hose to the disposal is clear. could the blockage be in the disposal itself between the vacuum breaker inlet and drain discharge?
