Can we easily move our washer and dryer 15 foot to the left our our kitchen sink and drain?

Additionally, they will be located on an outside wall so the vent for our dryer shouldn’t be an issue(I hope). Is this an extremely difficult project? My electrician friend is doing the 220 for me, but isn’t into the plumbing stuff. We have a crawl space, but I’m trying to decide if this is going to be a huge project. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
