My home inspector recommended I install one between my dishwasher and kitchen sink. I can’t find one at the hardware store and I don’t know what one looks like. Can someone please shed some light?

We went on vacation and left a leaking bleach bottle in our aluminum kitchen sink and when we returned, we found that the aluminum had corroded in several places and there are little holes in the sink. I don’t really want to replace the entire sink so I was hoping someone could suggest ways to fix the holes left by the bleach. Thank you lots!

I was washing dishes and the dirty water backed up into my bathroom sink, when I plunger the kitchen sink I can hear the water still in the pipes going back and forth between the kitchen and bathroom. Will drano or liquid plummer work on something like this?
