Well, I work with troubled children in the social services field/mental health. You can’t just let those kids out on the streets, many of them need help. You have to get a degree in a field relating to social serviced to get a job 90% of the time in such a field, or at least to make a decent(?) wage.

Rouble is rubble. Any paper money is nothing but paper. I do not think Russian Federation will survive as a single country. I think US will have a civil war or peaceful dissolution into many independent states also.
