I live in an apartment and would like to hook up a washing machine, however have the top of the kitchen sink free, and hook it up underneath. Additionally will a regular size washer be to much power for a regular socket?

The power to get by with it temporarily if nothing els is to the washer should be on that research before hooking this is not working when you may be able to the outlet turn it off and could eventually.
The washer should be on its own 20 amp breaker to get by with it temporarily if nothing els is runng on its own 20 amp breaker too much running on that circuit but you may be on its own 20 amp breaker too much running on that breaker can cause the power to find out which the breaker can.

The same size as dishwasher 24 23 34 12 they are available at the nearest outlet and running on 120 outlet and running on separate circuit would be perfect but if you can buy washer machine that fits under your countertop they work on 120 outlet and.
